If you may ask me about this kind of business I would like to be honest that I hate this kind of business because the person who will earn this for those who have knowledge of recruitment. Know one earned millions of MLM business for those new blood of this kind of business.
For you to be able to earn for this kind of business first you must have and sponsor and be sure that your company has stable products and stability of the company especially the people behind the company means the owner has credibility. If the person who invites you for this kind of business has many experiences and came from different kinds of company be careful because they called us gunky.
You may ask me who really earns for this kind of business? The answer is the owner and the manufacturer. They used networker and word of mouth advertisement to easy deliver there products to the target consumer. Network marketing is the secret of multi billion dollar man and big time businessman using the LEVERAGE MARKETING. Means duplicating of the time and effort of the owner without him in his/ her business or even doing some other thing.
No one school in this world will teach you how earn money using leverage marketing a side from studying in good or private schools and after stying is to find secure jobs.

Many of us especially those victims of pyramiding or they call it scam are they cursing about this kind of business. Guys for your information pyramiding is not illegal. If you can notice in every nation there is a President or Prime minister means they are at the top only one then down to his or her vice President to the rest. In every organizational same structure or even in every family. If you may ask how does it happen that this kind of organization turns to scam. If you join an organization then you pay and the value of your money is not equivalent to 70% guy it's a scam. But not all of network marketing are illegal because there are some direct selling company that you will not pay for membership but will pay for the kit, I.D. or minimal for the brochure.
In this kind of business you needs to be persistence and perseverance with dedication and you must enjoy on what you are doing. In network marketing business or more familiar with networking one the company beyond with 4-5 years guy they are in the stage of break even. But some company are facing problem they called it over pay for those who are using binary. While in uni-level the person who is in the top is enjoying the rebates and other benefit while those new recruit or new member are still searching or looking in every rural areas to find new recruit because there uplines earning royalty and they let you see there check or even cars, house and there dream vacations.
For this kind of business you must have good Good, Learning, Listing, Attitude and Discipline (GLLAD). For this kind of business you it does not need for what kind of education you have because you needs to follow for those who are in the top. I have some tips for this business

Many of us is hard to find or to identify who is your friend and who is your enemy. I have something to recall during Jesus Christ time. He has many disciple but one of them traitor him. Means in our daily life we can't determine if who is your friend to enemy even when you back to your school time especially. In your elementary grade in your school you can know the name of your classmate. In your classmate you can find friends not all of your classmate or friends can be consider as your best friend. You have only 1 best friend and your best friend will be your best enemy once it happen that there will be missunderstanding.
In your high school time have you find your best friend? same with your college until you reach college or till the time that you are in stable job or even when you have family.
What do you think is the reason why your best friend comes your best enemy in your life? The answer is very simple don't share or till your secret with him or her. Guys you can find your true best friend only in your hear with guidance of God. He is the best friend and most of the time he can advice you. But i would like to clarify something that your best also is a good advisor. Why best friend is important? 1st he or she can understand you, 2nd he or she can advice you. 3rd he or she believes you. 4th will fight for your enemies and most of all he or she will miss you and love you sometimes your day is not so good if you didn't talk or great or talk to him or her. Guys you only have 1 best friend same with your first love. Don't forget to regards me to your best friend. In four side of this world sometimes we say around the globe we can't deny that according to the bible there are two types of human God created were in Man and Woman. Yes all of you will agree but I have something to clarify that there 10 kinds or types of man in this world not by physical but for there selves. 1st we have gays who are inborn. 2nd Gays who are always close to other gays we called them environment, 3rd type gay, for those who have there inheritance from there family. 4th we have bisexual these thy type of gays who are masculine but there heart. They love to close same bisexual. 5th discreet or closet gays, this the the type of gays that real men to look at but they love to have girlfriend and willing to have family. But when he reach to the age of 40's and above they back to have sex with young age of guy. 6th type of gay is that he is born as a man but because of curiosity they love to have an experience with a gay and in the long run of his life he change to or loves sex with same guy. 7th type of gay straight guy who loves to more close on same sex rather than a woman. 8th type of gay those who have decided to change or with sex transplant already. This is the type of gay that what ever you do with them they feel that they are real women. 9th type of gay is the type that when he was child some of his colleague they found out that he is gay but when they become adolescent he become curious about his the way of living then he better choose like a straight guy but loves to have sex with girl rather that a same sex. Last but not the least is the type of gay for number 10 is that he loves to have more close to girls but not to guys. This the type of gay that they more close to ladies that gentlemen but the way the talk and walk is masculine.

I would like to give an information that what ever kind of human are you as long you didn't hurt any body and you abide the laws and you think that the person who see you and watch what ever you are doing will respect you then you can continue. Guys and gays in this world also with the ladies remember that only respect is the most important and trust to our creator all the time.

FAILURE vs SUCCESS

Guys all of us born in this world with equal rights. No one can tell you if you will grow failure or successful in the way of living of your life. I want you to be aware why we need to become more passionate. Many books can give you advise or encouragement to make you strong. Some books are spirituals just to guide you for your way.
If you read books from those successful people in this world mostly of them are college drop out or even high school drop out. What motivates them to drop out is because they earned money at early age or sometimes they discover new ideas on how to invent products that's very unique and only them can made. Because of lock of financial support they tried there best to finish their invention rather that to go to school. But some successful person they focus on what they want to achieve in life or sometimes there cost of living because of their parents can't send them to school. Now a days if different because of our environment, because of those gadget that makes you in all the time.
Many of us are afraid to face failure. But for your information once you overcome those struggle in life it will makes you more Strong and revealed on who are you.
I will give the best example why there are successful and failure people. Mr. Soichiro Honda the owner or inventor of Honda motors, according to him "IF YOU WANT TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL PERSON IN YOUR LIFE YOU MUST UNDERGO NOR PASSED 99% FAILURE IN LIFE".

GOAL

Many of us have many dreams even our grand parents has a dream in life. If you try to ask them if what would be their dreams they will tell you even their child time. The time goes by and their hair turns to gray or white their dreams still a dream. Guys I would like to give you a very important word that can give you an idea whats the different between dreams and goals.
dreams is still a dream while goals is the deadline of your dreams. how you can reach your goal and how you can have or achieve your goals? Very simple you MUST put indicate in your dreams when are you going to hit your goals. But there are two types of goals. First we have the short term goal and the other one is the long term goal. Your short term goal must be by numbers. Example 1. One wife or husband.
2. Two kids one boy or girl because of the status of your financial and you have enough time to your family.
3. Three types of income. one in your work, second from your wife and third is from your business.
4. Four wheels for your dream car. And for the last
5. Five digit for your monthly or weekly salary.
You make it more that ten numbers if you like. But be sure that you have specific time or date when are you going to start your dreams. And your long term goals would would for the education for your kids and also for your future. You can indicate in your long tern goal is for your dream vacation in other country in every Christmas or summer. And for you next plan to have vacation house in different provinces.
Guys it will help you to reach your goal if you will cut out the picture for your dream house, vacation and your savings in the bank. Picture it everyday and always claim that you have it already. I will advice you to read the book of the Law of Attraction.

ATTITUDE

Before you were born in this world God knows and your name has been called. Your parents are also the same. All of us has different character or attitude. Some of us born with silver spoon and the rest are below poverty line. Guys living in this world is not so easy. I want you to be ready what ever obstacle you were going to face. Sometimes even not your personal problem as long you know a person who close to you may feel that it his/her problem also what you feel.\
I would like to inform you also that our mind or brain is compose of two energy. We have the Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) or the other side is the Negative Mental Attitude (NMA). Most or 90% only of our mind is functioning which is the Negative side. The subconscious and mostly the negative energy is what we are entertaining. You can recognize it once you declared early in the morning after you weak up. commonly you say especially negative words.
Guys the power of words that comes out from our mouth is also a self affirmation. If you don't want happen to you then say it. Because before the word comes from your mouth it is created as your thoughts. Then it becomes a word. If you want to become successful in your life then avoid negative people especially for those who are complaining of their situation in life. Guys remember you are so blessed. Remember 20 millions of cells who wants to get in to the egg cell of your mother then your so lucky because of or instead of other face who comes out from the womb of your mother it you who shout and cry? Philippine Politics

When we talk politics especially in this country now a days the rest are they don't care. But for those who are curious regarding the situation just prepared because every now and then you can notice that there are rallies in the most business district in the city. In every country there is an administration and opposition.
Opposition oppose for those undocumented project and strong corruption that administration doing. Our country is one of those most corrupt country. We must face the fact that our country has a big problem of poverty. For 90 Million Filipinos only 35% that we can consider that they are financially stable but the rest are still in debt situation.
If you may notice that people who are in class D & E they are contented on what they have. As long that they can eat and can celebrate mostly in the rural areas. One time I visited in a very deep rest area which is we walk 6 hours just to reach our target place were we going to conduct survey. I am so sad because people who are 18 years old above are so hard them to sign just for their names. sometimes I ask that oppositions are right to opposed regarding the corruptions that what whats happening to our country. Where is the best education that every one of us needs for that? Where is the farm to market road where in the products from the rural areas they can sell it and but the best food that they really need to taste it.
Where is their promises that every Filipinos need to eat best food in every dining table. Most of them don't know whats the taste of Ham, Salad, Spaghetti.
In every business there is competitions. Politics is a business. All of them has personal interest why they aim to be known in this country. If they don't have personal interest why they spend money before the election? If the money that they spend if they but it or sponsor it to build schools, farm to market road, infrastructures for the poor.
i still have a question at the back of my mind. Why Filipinos leaves in the squatters area? And why Foreigners are those who owned big condominium, villages and lands? Where is our government that they govern us in to our way that we are not always servants to them? If i may ask you, If ever your are foreigner and your profit from your business where are you going to save? Most of you will agree that you will going to bring it where you came from! So for those investors that came other country they just laugh us because while they are earning they have also servants from this country. Until when our fellow Filipinos still servants to the foreigner?
If i may recall our country was called as nation of servants which is true!
Where is our politicians that will help us to rose from poverty? God has a purpose why we are here in this mortal world. You are in charge to help to uplift to every Filipino. Until when are fellow Filipino will work as a servant to other country and even here in our own land? How many more children will be guided on how to use their thumb mark in behalf of signing their names? How many Filipinos will be informed or educate that Word of mouth is more powerful that advertisement? And how many Flor Contemplacion and Delia Maga will ready to die in other country just for there families that needs educations and equal opportunity? Would you think this kind of government and future government can answer this question in behalf of me?
Until when our senior citizen will receive a fair treatment in this society? until when the the cross dressers will be noticiable and will receive equal rights when in the line of police or in military? Until when you will my dear readers will say that you are contented on what you have right now?

WHY FIRST LOVE IS HARD TO FORGET?

I do believe that all of us are mortal as a human being. This is the great time why most of us until now can't forget their first love. Sometimes we consider that first or puppy love is the same. Might the rest will agree. I would like to explained this that puppy love and first love is different. Puppy love is the time that you have a crush even at your young age or in elementary grade. This the time also that you have friend and you tell him/her that you have a crush. This is the time also that your physical body has to change. You can notice that some hair comes out in your skin and your voice comes changes.

For little girl from your parents they called you as lady. And this is the time for girl that they will have their monthly period. It's still normal for the girls. While for the boys this the time that you become curious about your looks. Your not the same boy that your toys are scattered.

In everyday of your life you are so sensitive and the way you wear of your clothes is different. If the person notice that he /she has a crush you will notice also that you want to see him/her all the time. Your doing the best that you can to make know his/ her name. Sometimes you find the best person to catch or the attention of your crush. Now the time that you've waiting for you got his/her name and he/she wants to know you also.

When we say about first love, all of the most memorable time, date place and song. Is most important to you. Think about all the men you know and you may discover an interesting fact about male facial shapes. Although the facial type of every man is determined by the actual position and overall prominence of their facial bones, and there are traditionally seven different facial types, a large majority of men have square face shapes.

Some of the situation or some couples they turn to married. But there are only few got perfect married sense both of them are young.

Why problem is important?

Everything happens by a reason. If you try to ask your self why you were born in this world many of us has many answer. Example because my parents wants to have a boy or girl in the family. Or you were accidentally made because your Mom is your Dad's girlfriend or friend. Sometimes they were in drunk and that's why they made you.
It's not important anymore how they create you. You have a purpose in this world why you are here. In the long run of your life you eencountered many problem. Most of the time your family member or love once. Come to think of it that the person who you think that gives you a problem is the person who makes you becomes you. Your friends sometimes you can't understand them especially when you try to explain them your side and they tried to stop you.
Guys I want you to put it in your mind that no one can create or made your book except you. But the question is what would be the title of your book? And you think that your all your love once will read it.
And if ever you will pass this world. How would your niece or nephew or grand children will recognize you?

1 - Start part-time. If you need a steady source of income to meet your financial obligations (and keep your family covered by health insurance) start the business as a part-time venture. Don't quit the day job until the part-time business has a steady flow of customers and profits.
2 - Start the business from home. You can start your business for much less money if you don't have to foot the bill for office space and utilities for an out-of-the-home office. While you may not want to advertise the fact that you work from home, you will have plenty of company. According to the findings of a US Census Bureau study of small businesses, nearly half of all businesses in the US are home based.
3 - Get advance commitments for work. Line up one or two sources of business before you take the plunge. Former employers, if you left on good terms, are often a source of start-up work, or sometimes funding. Big companies that can send you their overflow work or small jobs that they don't want to do can also provide the initial stream of work and income.

4 - Get a part-time job. Work part time and save up your earnings until you have enough money to start the business. Or, as an alternative, work part- or full-time in your own business and take a part-time job to supplement the income from your new business.
5 - Live frugally - and invest the savings in your business. You don't have to live like a pauper or waste hours searching for 50 cent-off coupons to live frugally. A few simple changes may save you $200 a month or more.
Depending how much coffee you drink, for instance, making it at home or in the office instead of buying it at Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts could save you $10 or $15 a week. Bringing your lunch to work instead of ordering it out could save you another $15 or more a week. Eating a home-cooked meal instead of bringing home fast foods or eating out on week nights could possibly save you another $20 or $30 a week. Turning your thermostat down a degree or two during the heating season, and turning it up a degree or two when you have the air conditioning cranking away will save you significant amounts of money during the year. 6 - Use a credit card. Using a credit card - if you have good credit - is the easiest way to get money to start a business. Equipment, suppliers, advertising and postage (for mailings) can all be purchased with a credit card. And if your credit card gives you a line of credit, you can give yourself an instant loan (up to your credit limit). But using a credit card to start your business bears some significant risk, too. If you're not careful you can quickly run up a huge credit card bill - a bill you'll be responsible for paying whether your business is successful or not.
7 - Apply for a home equity line of credit. Some banks offer home equity lines of credit that let you borrow up to as much as 85% of the appraised value of your home. Depending on the value of your home and what you still owe in other mortgages, that can put a significant chunk of money at your disposal for starting your business. The downside: you're putting your home at risk. If the business fails and you can't repay the loan, you could lose your home.
8 - Apply for business loan instead of a home equity loan. Information you'll need to give the bank includes the: purpose of the loan, projected opening-day balance sheet (new businesses), lease details, amount of investment in the business by the owner(s), projections of income, expenses and cash flow, signed personal financial statements and your resume. You may also need a formal business plan. (If you’re trying to get funding to grow a business you've already started, you'll also need business financial statements for the last three years, and information on receivables, payable, and outstanding debt.) Don't be surprised if the bank turns you down, though. Banks are often leery of lending money to start ups.
9 - Ask Your Bank About an SBA-guaranteed loan If the bank turns you down for a business loan, ask them if they'll consider your loan through the SBA guaranteed loan program. If they agree to do so, they'll forward your loan application and credit information to the nearest SBA district office, for a decision.
10 - Borrow from family and friends. Family and friends are a frequent source of funding for small businesses. But remember, you have to live with your family for a long time - and you probably want to stay friends with your friends. So don't borrow from unless you have a business plan and have done enough research to know there is a market for what you want to sell. Be sure your plans provide a way to also pay interest on the money borrowed from family and friends.
