What motivates them to drop out is because they earned money at early age or sometimes they discover new ideas on how to invent products that's very unique and only them can made. Because of lock of financial support they tried there best to finish their invention rather that to go to school. But some successful person they focus on what they want to achieve in life or sometimes there cost of living because of their parents can't send them to school.
